Reading Steve Kemper's "Code Name Ginger"

I’ve been reading this book, as the title of this post suggests, it’s titled Code Name Ginger. This is Steve Kemper’s inside look as the record-keeper on the events leading up to and concluding with the launch of Dean Kamen’s Segway vehicle

I’ve just started reading the book (I’m about 6 chapters in), but thus far it has proven to be a very interesting read. It is shaping up to be a real fascinating look into the mind of Dean Kamen - the founder of DEKA and inventor of not only the Segway, but the first insulin pump and an all-terrain electric wheelchair (dubbed iBot). I will be back with a more complete summary and opinion on the story of this remarkable device and its founder.
