for my second ever full marathon in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil as well as my upcoming AIDS/Lifecycle ride, raising funds for HIV and AIDS prevention/treatment/support. Consistency is improving but I wouldn’t say I’ve been as discplined as I needed to be (and am currently) about it.
I ended up not riding in the AIDS LifeCycle ride this year. Between some challenges with fundraising and ongoing struggles with training, I decided it was best to live another day and celebrate that I was still able to raise over $2000 for this important charity and initiative.
As for Maratona do Rio? Well, I’ll post a recap for that race soon.
Overall, I currently down
16.1 23.4 ~15 lbs on the year. I’ve been hovering around 240 for awhile, give or take 5 pounds depending on activity, but it’s time I reboot this training and get back on the ball. Still, I’m only ~15 lbs away from my first milestone of 225, on my way back to getting 200 (#roadto200lbs).
I’ve also recently got back to Precision Nutrition’s Level I certification course.
